Future Plans
Looking ahead, the company will focus on a dual-track strategy of intelligentization and globalization. On one hand, we will invest 10% of our annual sales revenue into research and development to drive innovation in lightweight materials and smart equipment, such as IoT-enabled outdoor tools. On the other hand, we will deepen the integration of online and offline sales channels and expand into overseas markets, aiming to double our sales within five years. At the same time, we remain steadfast on our sustainable development path, planning to increase the application rate of eco-friendly materials to 50% within three years and optimize our carbon footprint.
Industry-academia collaboration will serve as a critical support for achieving these goals. The company plans to establish robust partnerships with universities in Guangdong Province, such as Guangdong Sports Vocational and Technical College. Through initiatives such as jointly built laboratories and collaborative R&D projects, we aim to bridge cutting-edge academic research with practical industry needs. We will also provide internship and practical training bases for students and explore joint cultivation models like the "dual-mentor system." These efforts will not only help the company nurture a pipeline of talent with hands-on experience but also contribute to high-quality employment opportunities for local university graduates. Through deep industry-academia synergy, we are committed to fostering a virtuous cycle of technological innovation and talent development, collectively advancing the high-quality growth of the outdoor industry and striving to become both a technological leader and a green benchmark in the field.
